Hotel General Manager

Our client, a forever developing and growing brand across the UK are on the hunt for passionate General Manager to lead their incredible flag ship in London. Our client holds a portfolio of restaurants, pubs and hotels and is one of the only independently run brewery’s left in Britain.

We are looking for passionate individual who is driven to maximise growth and guest satisfaction in their site. Are you focused on the guest journey to achieve the best results and maximise your net profit?

This particular site is a stunning pub with rooms located in the beautiful area of London near Richmond with 12 stunning rooms which have been signed off for refurbishment as well. The site is in a period of growth and we are looking for a General Manager with a role their sleeves up mentality to come onboard and lead from the front through the next phase of growth.

You will be required to have a solid understanding of;

* Financials

* Rota building / managing

* Training and onboarding

* Brand awareness

* Team management

* Site safety

* Complaint handling

* Stock control

* Recruitment

There is a refurbishment scheduled on this site to give the site a face lift and offer the very best opportunity for increasing sales.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the site and ensuring brand standards are maintained. Our client has a clear vision and growth plan which will be replicated in your daily operation. There is continuous support and guidance provided by your area manager to ensure you have the resources to implement the vision and plan.

You will have a proven track record of performance, sales growth and budget control throughout your career. Our client is always looking to achieve the next step and a consistent increase in revenue is desirable.

Attention to detail is key when it comes not only to the team and culture but also the brand and their standards. We are looking for a keen eye and focus on the detail. We want a General Manager who puts themselves in the shoes of the guest and notices all the little things which make a difference to their visit.

* £43,000 base salary
