The Role
* Operating excavator plant (360°/tracked) to carry out groundworks, trenching, drainage and deep excavation work across an operational airside environment.
* Working safely and efficiently within a live, highly regulated airport site, following all airside rules and permit-to-work procedures.
* Coordinating with the wider site team, banksman and site management to maintain programme and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven excavator operating experience on civils/groundworks projects.
* Valid CPCS or NPORS card (Excavator 360° or relevant category).
* Valid CSCS card.
* Full right to work in the UK.
* Able to provide a full, continuous 5-year checkable reference/employment history with no unexplained gaps, in order to pass Heathrow’s airside security vetting and obtain an airside pass.
* Willing to undergo the Heathrow airside ID vetting, induction and driving assessment process.
Pay & Contract
* PAYE, paid at CIJC (Construction Industry Joint Council) rates.
* 6 months initial contract with longer term work available
