Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, who are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Reception Teacher to join their Early Years team from 4th January. This is a full-time role continuing until the end of the academic year.
The successful candidate will teach a Reception class of 14 pupils, supported by a dedicated Teaching Assistant, within a nurturing and well-resourced Early Years environment. The school is centrally located in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, with a supportive leadership team and a strong community ethos.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold QTS and have experience teaching in Early Years (Reception desirable)
Create an inclusive, engaging, and stimulating learning environment
Work collaboratively with the class TA and wider EYFS team
Demonstrate strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skillsIn return, the school offers:
