Office Administrator

Our client, a principal contractor delivering mechanical maintenance works during an integrated event / turnaround at Fawley, Southampton (SO45 1TX), is seeking two Office Administrators on a contract basis to support the site team.

Responsibilities

Providing day-to-day administrative support to a busy site team, including scheduling meetings, reconciling timesheets and ordering office supplies.
Maintaining accurate records and document control systems, both digital and hard copy.
Managing data entry, reports and spreadsheets.
Handling incoming calls and emails, and directing queries to the appropriate team members.
Managing mail and supporting the general organisation of the site office.
Assisting with small procurement activities and petty cash administration where required.Skills and Experience

Previous experience in an office administration or clerical role.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A reliable, team-oriented approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.Additional Information

100% office based
Driving license required for commute and travelling across site
Contract duration: 11 weeks
Rates advertised are PAYE
