The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:
Plan and deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Encourage children's learning, development and emotional wellbeing.
Provide a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
Build strong and trusting relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Observe children's development and contribute to their individual learning journeys.
Play an active part in the smooth running of the nursery.
About You
The successful Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will have:
A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent early years qualification.
A solid understanding of the EYFS framework.
A warm, patient and proactive approach to working with young children.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to create engaging and positive learning experiences.
A genuine passion for supporting children during their early years.
