The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:
Plan and deliver creative, engaging activities based around the EYFS framework.
Support children's learning, development and emotional wellbeing.
Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Observe and support children's individual development and learning journeys.
Contribute to the smooth and effective running of the nursery.
About You
The successful Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will have:
A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent early years qualification.
A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
A warm, caring and proactive approach to working with young children.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
The confidence to create positive and engaging learning experiences.
A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
