How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Data Architect
    Hybrid - Central London & Work From Home
    Circ £95,000 - £100,000 + Bens
    This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Architect to own the Data Architecture for a global entertainments business based in Central London. It would best suit those that thrive working autonomously in fast paced agile environments where they can really make a difference. The Data Architect will lead and shape the data architecture behind the most important commercial decisions, including pricing, marketing measurement, forecasting and trading.
    Our clients Global Data Platform is built on Snowflake and brings together marketing, financial and other operational data across sites in multiple countries. This role will define the models, definitions, keys, metadata and data contracts that make that data consistent, trusted and usable across markets. You'll work closely with data engineering, analytics, product, commercial, marketing, finance, IT, legal, information security and architecture teams. You'll be a senior individual contributor, setting standards, producing architecture documentation, reviewing designs and providing assurance before engineering delivery begins.
    What you'll do;
    * Own and evolve the target data architecture for commercial data across the UK, US and Europe.
    * Define common business entities, definitions, hierarchies, keys and data contracts across source systems and markets.
    * Architect data products that support pricing, revenue management, marketing measurement, forecasting and trading.
    * Design consumer, digital, financial and operational data models that connect behaviour, investment, sales and performance.
    * Embed privacy, security, consent, retention and cross-border data requirements into the architecture from the outset.
    * Define how analytics, ML, AI services and agents access structured data safely and consistently.
    * Produce data models, flows, lineage, architecture decision records and reusable design patterns for engineering and business teams.
    * Review and assure designs, challenge where needed and represent Data in cross-team architecture forums.
    What we're looking for;
    * Strong data architecture experience in a commercial environment where data informs revenue, pricing, trading or marketing decisions.
    * Excellent conceptual, logical and physical data modelling skills, including dimensional and event-based approaches.
    * Experience with modern cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP etc), ELT patterns, APIs, events, streaming, batch integration and data contracts.
    * Experience with Snowflake would be highly beneficial
    * Practical SQL, Python and transformation tooling experience, ideally including dbt.
    * Experience with consumer, digital and transactional data at scale, including web and app analytics and GA4.
    * Understanding of data design for ML, AI or automated decisioning, including trusted definitions, controlled access and decision/outcome capture.
    * Knowledge of privacy and security by design across multiple jurisdictions, including GDPR and related data protection requirements.
    * Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and explaining architecture decisions in business terms.
    Desirable experience;
    * Experience in entertainment, travel, hospitality, retail or another businesses where price, demand and inventory interact dynamically.
    * Snowflake and AWS experience, with exposure to AI or model-serving environments such as SageMaker or Snowflake Cortex.
    * Customer data platforms, identity resolution, consent management, experimentation or feedback-loop design.
    Our client can offer a salary in the region of £95,000 - £100,000 (dependent on experience) plus an attractive benefits package that includes a bonus scheme.
