Conrad Consulting is working with a leading property and construction consultancy to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join its growing team, delivering prestigious luxury hotel and high-end office fit out projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Project Manager who enjoys working on complex, design-led projects and wants to be part of a high-performing consultancy.
The Role
You’ll take responsibility for the successful delivery of major fit out projects, working closely with clients, contractors, consultants and wider project teams.
You’ll be involved in:
Leading projects from inception through to completion
Managing programme, budget, risk and quality
Coordinating design and construction teams
Managing client and stakeholder relationships
Procurement and contractor management
Monitoring project performance and reporting
Delivering high-quality luxury hotel and office fit out schemes
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong track record delivering high-end fit out, hotel, hospitality, commercial or office projects.
You’ll be commercially aware, client-focused and confident managing multiple stakeholders across complex projects
Salary description
£65000.00 - £75000.00 per year
