Conrad Consulting is working with a leading UK infrastructure contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their established Highways team in East Anglia.

The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take responsibility for the commercial management of projects, ensuring costs, contracts and financial performance are effectively controlled.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and securing approval for monthly payment applications
Managing NEC3/NEC4 and Target Cost Contracts
Cost forecasting, budgeting and risk management
Monitoring project costs and producing CVRs and commercial reports
Preparing and reviewing subcontractor packages, valuations and final accounts
Managing change, variations and commercial negotiations
Supporting tendering and procurement activities
Working closely with project teams to ensure accurate cost capture and reporting
Maintaining strong commercial relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders
About You
You’ll ideally have:
3+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience
Experience within highways, infrastructure, civil engineering or construction
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 and Target Cost Contracts
Experience with payment applications, CVRs and commercial administration
Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills
Good Excel skills
CEMAR or Causeway experience would be advantageous
