About the Role:
You will be responsible for end-to-end management of lift equipment orders and warranty claims. This role provides technical, post-sale support to distributors and customers, ensuring accurate order processing in the ERP/SAP system, timely warranty resolution, and effective communication across logistics, manufacturing, and credit control. This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday. The pay rate is £14.75-£15.00 per hour.
Skills and Competencies
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and claim processing
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret warranty and order data and spot trends
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple orders and warranty cases simultaneously
Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach and resilience under pressure
