How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job title: Site Coordinator (SCO)
    Location: Lowestoft
    Contract length: 12 months
    Work Structure: Onsite

    Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Site Coordinator to join a World leader offering Products, Solutions and Services across the entire Energy value chain on behalf of a well established manufacturing organisation to play a key role in supporting Manufacturing Operations.

    The Site Coordinator manages daily administrative and logistical operations on an onshore construction site, acting as the primary point of contact for site management, visitors, contractors, and back-office teams. Key duties include organizing crew travel and accommodation, handling site reception, maintaining training and safety records, verifying daily progress reports, and managing SAP purchase orders. Ideal candidates bring administrative experience within construction or wind energy, advanced Microsoft Office and SAP skills, strong organizational abilities, and a high commitment to health and safety standards.

    Some of the duties will include but are not limited to:

    *

    Arrange transport and accommodation for site personnel traveling to and from the project.

    *

    Manage crew changes and create travel manifests based on manning plans.

    *

    Coordinate travel updates directly with Site Management and the Marine Coordinator.

    *

    Collect, verify, and consolidate data from multiple sources to distribute reports like Daily Progress Reports (DPRs).

    *

    Review and correct site records prior to submission, including time registrations, KPI reports, vendor logs, and crew lists.

    *

    Maintain and update databases containing personnel credentials, training records, and safety certifications.

    *

    Serve as the main receptionist and first point of contact for all site visitors, contractors, and staff.

    *

    Schedule and organize site meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and distribute accurate meeting minutes.

    *

    Track inventory levels for office supplies, place restock orders, and handle Purchase Order (PO) creation or budget checks when requested.

    *

    Maintain full compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules on site.

    *

    Support site safety culture by actively participating in daily toolbox talks and safety campaigns.

    Essential Requirements:

    *

    Proven working experience as a business administrator, office manager, administrative assistant, or in a similar operational role.

    *

    Background in managing daily office procedures, record-keeping, and general administration.

    *

    Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and OneDrive.

    *

    Working knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise systems.

    *

    Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

    *

    Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in multicultural, diverse team environments.

    *

    High level of customer orientation and a service-minded attitude when dealing with site staff, clients, and visitors.

    *

    Highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented approach to handling data tracking, statistics, and reporting.

    *

    Strong schedule management capabilities to handle travel logistics, crew changes, and meeting planning.

    *

    High safety awareness and commitment to following Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules on site.

    Desirable Requirements:

    *

    Direct administrative experience within the wind energy industry or offshore/onshore construction projects.

    *

    Knowledge of and genuine interest in the wind turbine and renewable energy sector.

    *

    Formal qualifications in secretarial studies or business administration.

    *

    Possession of a Safety Passport (UK-specific) or relevant site safety certifications.

    *

    Experience living and working within intercultural or international environments.

    *

    Prior exposure to site-based logistics, such as coordinating crew changes with Marine Coordinators
