How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job Title: Marketing Manager

    Location: London - 3 days in office

    Contract Length: 12 months

    Daily Rate: £368.00 - £409.00

    Role Overview:

    The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy for the organisation, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This position demands a proactive individual with a strong background in eCommerce marketing, who is adept at developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organisation's goals and target audience.
    Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
    Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
    Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
    Oversee content creation and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
    Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role within the eCommerce sector.
    Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
    Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
    Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
