You will join a highly regarded legal team working on challenging and often high-profile cases within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. This role is offered on a 12-month FTC.
Your new role
As a Regulatory Lawyer, you will work on complex investigations and enforcement matters, taking responsibility for your own caseload while supporting wider strategic investigations.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting regulatory investigations and contentious matters.
Providing clear and practical legal advice on complex issues.
Reviewing and assessing substantial volumes of evidence and documentation.
Working alongside legal colleagues, forensic specialists and external advisers.
Assisting with the preparation and conduct of tribunal and hearing proceedings.
Supporting case strategy, risk management and project delivery.
Supervising junior team members and contributing to knowledge sharing.
Managing competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with significant litigation, disputes or regulatory experience. Typically 5 years+
Experience managing complex and sensitive matters.
Excellent communication, drafting and analytical skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
A genuine interest in investigations, enforcement and public interest work.
