Working schedule: 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am - 1:30pm Friday

Adecco are looking for a reliable and adaptable Facilities Operative with an FLT certificate to help keep our client's factory safe, clean and well-maintained.
This is a temporary position for an expected 4 weeks initially.
Key Responsibilities:
Site housekeeping, cleaning and general maintenance
Emptying waste bins and managing recycling
Carrying out site inspections and reporting maintenance issues
Basic repairs, painting and DIY tasks
Grounds maintenance of internal and external areas
Maintaining welfare areas, facilities and replenishments of supplies on site where needed, supporting between the contract cleaning activites.
Supporting contractors, engineering and site improvement projects - e.g the safe movement, relocation or installation of equipment, furniture and other items.
Ensuring health & safety standards are followed at all times
Use of FLT where neededIdeal Candidate:
Practical, hands-on approach
Experience in facilities, maintenance or industrial environments
Able to carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasks
Good awareness of health & safety
Reliable and proactive with a strong work ethic
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys keeping facilities running smoothly and takes pride in maintaining high site standards.
