Location: Knaresborough
Salary: Starting at £27,000 plus discretionary bonus
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00 with an hour for lunch

Our client is seeking a detailed and process-oriented individual with excellent telephony skills to join their professional and well-established team as a Claims Assessor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a respected company in a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle all incoming telephone enquiries
* Promptly process claim form requests
* Process claims in line with agreed practices
* Identify and report any potential complaints to the Claims Manager
* Provide accurate and timely advice to customers, anticipating potential issues
* Perform other office duties as required
Skills and Qualifications:
* Process driven
* Confident telephone manner
* Claims experience preferred but not essential
* Strong IT skills
* Professional and patient demeanour
