Transparency Education is seeking an inspiring Early Years Teacher for a full-time opportunity in Sutton this September.
We are looking for someone who recognises the importance of excellent Early Years teaching in establishing childrens confidence, curiosity and readiness for future learning.
The position
You will:
Plan purposeful, engaging EYFS provision.
Deliver high-quality adult-led teaching.
Facilitate meaningful learning through play.
Develop early communication, literacy and mathematical understanding.
Observe and assess childrens development.
Adapt provision for individual learning and SEND needs.
Work closely with Early Years support staff.
Maintain positive relationships with families.
What we are looking for
Applicants should:
Hold UK QTS.
Have strong EYFS knowledge.
Understand effective observation and assessment.
Be confident supporting different developmental starting points.
Create stimulating and well-organised learning environments.
Demonstrate excellent safeguarding awareness.
Experienced teachers are strongly encouraged to apply, alongside ECTs who can demonstrate substantial and successful Early Years teaching practice.
Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.
