Roofer - Social Housing

18 Rec is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the construction and maintenance sector. We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Roofer for a permanent role with a well-established contractor delivering social housing maintenance services.

The Role:
Working across occupied social housing properties, you will carry out a variety of roofing repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring homes remain safe, secure, and weatherproof.

Key Responsibilities:

* Reactive and planned roofing repairs

* Diagnosing and resolving leaks and roofing issues

* Working on pitched and flat roofing systems

* Gutter, fascia, and soffit maintenance

* Ensuring all work complies with health & safety standards

* Providing a professional and respectful service to tenants

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a roofer

* Experience within social housing (preferred but not essential)

* Ability to work independently and efficiently

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
