A thriving secondary school is seeking an enthusiastic GCSE Drama Teacher to join their Performing Arts department on a full-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students through creativity, performance, and self-expression while helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed both on stage and in the classroom.
The successful candidate will teach Drama across KS3 and KS4, supporting students through practical performances, coursework, and written GCSE assessments.
What You'll Be Doing
Teaching Drama across KS3 and GCSE
Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons
Preparing students for GCSE practical and written components
Encouraging confidence, collaboration, and creativity
Supporting productions, performances, and enrichment activities
Working within a supportive Performing Arts department
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Drama at secondary level
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passion for theatre and performing arts
Ability to inspire students of all abilities
