Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative | Barnstaple 📦 Experienced Warehouse Operative required to join a friendly, hardworking team at our Barnstaple site.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things moving, working as part of a team and takes pride in getting the job done safely and efficiently.
What you'll be doing:
Picking and packing customer orders
Processing orders for local walk-in customers
Booking in deliveries and unloading goods
Putting stock away and replenishing pick faces
Managing stock rotation and supplier returns
Carrying out forklift safety and operational checks
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
Supporting general warehouse maintenance What we're looking for:
Experienced and certified in Reach & Counterbalance forklift operation
A full clean driving licence
Comfortable handling large, heavy goods and palletised orders
Computer literate and confident using warehouse systems
Reliable, organised and punctual
Friendly, approachable and a genuine team player
Comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face 📍 Location: Barnstaple
🕐 Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
