Ceto Talent is supporting a specialist engineering workshop seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to manufacture, modify and repair precision-engineered components within a safety-critical environment.
This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of components from programming and setup through to finished product, working within a highly skilled workshop team focused on quality, precision and safety.
About You
* Proven experience programming, setting and operating CNC machines.
* Strong experience with Okuma controls. Heidenhain and Fanuc experience will also be considered.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
* Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent technical qualification.
The Role
* Manufacture, modify and repair components to engineering drawings and specifications.
* Prepare and prove NC programmes, tooling and fixtures while inspecting completed work to tight tolerances.
You'll work across a range of CNC and workshop machinery, maintaining high standards of quality, safety and workmanship within a specialist engineering environment.
Contract Details
* £42.00 - £44.49 per hour (Umbrella), based on experience.
* 35 hours per week with overtime available at enhanced rates.
