How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The Education Network is currently recruiting for an experienced Level 3 CILEX Law Lecturer to deliver remote learning sessions to adult learners between October and December 2026.
This is a flexible opportunity that would suit an experienced Law lecturer, solicitor, legal professional or teacher with strong practical and academic knowledge of Law who is looking for an hourly-paid teaching opportunity.
The successful candidate will deliver online sessions to adult learners studying Level 3 CILEX Law, combining academic theory with practical legal knowledge and application.

    Modules available
The successful candidate would initially teach:
F4/F9 – Property and Private Client – Level 3 CILEX

    Tuesdays, 5:00pm–8:00pm

    Wednesdays, 10:00am–12:00pm
    Every fortnight
    OR
    Option 2 – F7: Working in Civil Litigation – Level 3 CILEX

    Tuesdays, 5:00pm–7:00pm
Every fortnight, on the opposite weeks to F4/F9
The college is open to considering an hourly-paid arrangement, rather than requiring a traditional full-day or half-day supply commitment.
    The ideal candidate will have:

    Strong subject knowledge of Law
Experience teaching or delivering Level 3 Law/CILEX
Both practical and academic knowledge of the legal profession
    Experience working with adult learners
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
The ability to engage learners effectively through online delivery
Relevant teaching, legal or professional qualifications
This is a particularly flexible opportunity for a Law lecturer or legal professional who is looking to fit teaching around existing commitments.
If you have experience delivering Level 3 Law or CILEX qualifications and would be interested in a flexible remote teaching opportunity, please get in touch with The Education Network
