How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Working at the centre of the business, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional environment for clients, visitors, and colleagues, while gaining valuable exposure to the exciting world of PR, communications and creative campaigns.

This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys working with people, loves being organised, and wants to build a career within a supportive, ambitious, and collaborative business.

    Why apply?

Join a collaborative, social and supportive team
Work in a stylish, open-plan Central London office and be part of a creative, collaborative team that genuinely enjoys what they do
Learn from experienced professionals across a successful and growing business

    Managing reception and front-of-house activities
Coordinating meeting rooms and hospitality requirements
Organising couriers, deliveries, and office post
Supporting office events, celebrations, and team activities
Ordering and managing office supplies and stock levels
Assisting with facilities and day-to-day office operations
Providing general administrative support across the business

    About You

We're more interested in attitude and potential than extensive office experience. You'll be someone who:

Enjoys working with people and building positive relationships
    Is organised, proactive and dependable
Takes pride in delivering excellent service
    Communicates confidently and professionally
Enjoys solving problems and finding solutions
    Has a positive, hands-on approach
Is curious, eager to learn and happy to get stuck in
Thrives as part of a team

Whether you're looking for your first office-based role or already have some experience in administration, hospitality, retail or customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

    The Culture

This is a business that believes great work comes from great people. Collaboration, respect, curiosity, and ambition are at the heart of everything they do.

You'll be joining a team that genuinely supports one another, celebrates success together and encourages everyone to contribute ideas, learn new skills and develop their career. It's an environment where you'll be trusted, challenged and given the opportunity to grow while working alongside talented people who are passionate about what they do. Based on the values, culture and responsibilities described in the role profile.
