Floor Layer Opportunity

Are you an experienced Floor Layer who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service?

We are looking for a skilled Floor Layer to join a busy property maintenance team, carrying out flooring repairs and renewals across residential properties throughout Hampshire and surrounding areas, including Bournemouth, Salisbury, New Forest and Basingstoke.

The Role

As a Floor Layer, you'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of flooring installations, repairs and replacements within occupied and void properties.

You'll work across responsive repairs, planned maintenance and property refurbishment projects, delivering a high standard of workmanship while providing an excellent customer experience.

Typical duties will include:

✅ Installation and replacement of vinyl flooring

✅ Carpet fitting and repairs

✅ Safety flooring installation

✅ Flooring works within kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms

✅ Preparing subfloors and surfaces

✅ Carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance works

✅ Working within occupied and void properties

✅ Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

✔ Proven experience as a Floor Layer

✔ Experience fitting vinyl, safety flooring and carpets

✔ Experience working within social housing, domestic properties or property maintenance environments

✔ Strong customer service and communication skills

✔ Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

✔ High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

✔ Full UK Driving Licence
