Working Schedule: Thursdays 8am - 5pm and Saturdays 8am - 12pm with overtime available

Adecco are recruiting for a customer facing Branch Sales Advisor to join a friendly team based in Stoke on Trent.
This is a temp to perm part time role with overtime available and duties of the role will include a mix of customer service, sales support and occasional delivery driving to customers (Full UK Driving License required).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
Build relationships with existing and prospective customers, promoting products and services.
Carry out customer visits and occasional outbound sales calls.
Process orders, transactions, and customer enquiries using internal systems.
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming branch environment.
Support with stock management and general branch duties.
Drive a company van to complete customer deliveries when required, covering holidays and absences.
What We're Looking For
Full UK Driving Licence.
Previous customer service experience, ideally within retail, trade, or a customer-facing environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence speaking with customers and promoting products and services.
Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems.
A flexible and reliable approach to supporting the wider team.
