About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Payroll Administrator to support a busy and growing payroll department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous payroll experience who is confident working with figures, banking systems and payroll software.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing payroll accurately and efficiently
* Managing payroll administration and employee records
* Handling banking and payment processes
* Using Xero and other payroll/accounting systems
* Checking figures and resolving payroll discrepancies
* Supporting the wider payroll team with day-to-day administration
* Ensuring deadlines are consistently met
About You
* Previous payroll experience is essential
* Experience using Xero and/or similar payroll/accounting systems
* Good understanding of banking and payment processes
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident with numbers and computer systems
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Pay and Benefits:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Pay: £14.00 per hour
