About the Role:
Based at a site employing over 1,000 people, as HR Advisor you'll be working with the Head of HR, providing advice, guidance and support to colleagues across the business.
It is a fast paced role, offering a lot of variety, and your responsibilities will include:
A strong focus on employee relations, including grievances, investigations, performance management, disciplinaries, absence management etc.
Advising managers on best practice to ensure a fair, consistent approach.
Supporting performance review meetings and staff inductions.
Handling general HR enquiries and working to improve communication and engagement across the business.
About You:
This role would suit an HR Advisor with experience of employee relations and we're keen to hear form anybody with the following skills and experience:
Experience of working in a generalist HR role in a manufacturing environment.
A real interest and passion for employee relations.
Able to work with and influence colleagues at all levels.
Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
Ideally CIPD qualified (Level 3 or above), or with relevant experience. Next Steps:
