At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Hospitality Assessor to join their expanding team.
This is a full time, permanent Hospitality End Point Assessor role offering hybrid working and the opportunity to use your industry experience in a new direction. You will work with apprentices and their employers to plan and carry out assessments, assessing their skills, knowledge, and behaviours against the apprenticeship standard for their role.
What you will be doing:
• Work with apprentices and employers to plan and carry out their assessments
• Assess apprentice skills, knowledge, and behaviours against the relevant apprenticeship standard
• Support apprentices throughout their assessment journey
• Plan assessment activities and ensure these are completed effectively
• Maintain accurate assessment records and documentation
• Work collaboratively with apprentices, employers, and internal teams
• Apply your occupational hospitality expertise to assessment activities
• Maintain your professional knowledge and continue to develop your occupational expertise
What we are looking for:
• Strong hospitality experience across both front of house and back of house
• Experience in a supervisory or management role across both areas or Hotel experience including Reception, Housekeeping and Front Office
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable:
• Existing assessor qualification or willingness to achieve an assessor qualification
• Commis Chef experience
• Previous experience working with apprentices or learners
• Experience within assessment, training, or vocational education
