We are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to work within an SEN provision in a school.
Full-time and part-time hours are available, with ongoing opportunities for the right candidates.
The Role
* Support SEN learners in the classroom and during activities.
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support where required.
* Assist learners with their learning, development and wellbeing.
* Support students with personal care – this is an essential part of the role.
* Work closely with teaching staff and the wider support team.
* Help create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
* Previous SEN experience is essential.
* Must be comfortable providing personal care.
* Must hold a valid DBS.
* Experience working in a school or SEN setting is highly desirable.
* A patient, caring and supportive approach.
