Assembly Operative ā Immediate start | Temporary
š Location: Rochdale, OL12
ā° Hours: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am ā 2:30pm / Friday: 6:00am ā 11:30am
š° Pay: Ā£12.71 per hour
š Contract: Temporary ongoing (Minimum 7 Weeks) potential for longer.
Assembly Operative required for an immediate start with a well-established manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate with a background in within a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble components to the ironing boards, using hand tools
Ensure consistent quality and output targets are achieved
Operating machinery if required (training provided)
Loading parts onto the automated line for assembly
Loading machinery
Packing items once assembled, and labelling the boxes for dispatch
Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience as an Assembly/Production Operative
Experience working with tooling and assembly work
Ability to read and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to early shifts
