How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Role responsibilities

Own campaign execution across the full marketing mix, including website content, paid ads, organic social, and sales collateral
Develop partnerships with clients and partners to promote the business through joint content, webinars and press activity
Work closely with sales, product and customer success teams to align marketing activity with wider growth targets
Coordinate event marketing activity, including sponsor presence, stands and networking sessions, working with the wider group's events teams
Track and report on campaign performance and lead quality against agreed KPIsCandidate background

A genuine B2B marketing background, content, email marketing or lead generation experience is more important than the specific industry you've worked in
Learning and development or subscription product experience is a plus but not required, no prior knowledge of this specific industry is expected either
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, able to explain complex ideas simply for different buyer types
Comfortable being hands-on and executional day to day, while bringing creative input and ideas where you're given room to
Confident with CRM, CMS and marketing automation tools, plus basic design tools such as Canva
Organised and able to manage multiple channels and campaigns independentlyClosing note

If you're a hands-on B2B marketer who enjoys storytelling and campaign execution, and you're open to a well-supported, one-year fixed term contract then click apply or email to start a confidential conversation
