How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Summary
    We’re seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead, plan, and implement the commissioning strategy for a major construction development.
    This senior role is essential for ensuring that all building systems and equipment function according to design specifications, safety standards, and client requirements. If you have a strong background in coordinating complex commissioning activities, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of critical project outcomes.

    Responsibilities
    Develop and manage commissioning plans and programmes to meet project milestones
    Oversee functional and performance testing of systems, ensuring compliance with specifications
    Coordinate multiple stakeholders, including MEP teams, subcontractors, and consultants
    Conduct inspections and validation of mechanical and electrical systems prior to handover
    Identify and resolve technical issues swiftly to maintain progress
    Prepare commissioning documentation and ensure regulatory requirements are met
    Implement best practices in health, safety, and quality management during commissioning phasesMust-have Requirements
    Strong track record as a Commissioning Manager or Specialist within construction, MEP, or building services
    In-depth knowledge of commissioning processes for electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
    Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and commissioning schedules
    Excellent leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
