This role is based within the not-for-profit sector in Harrogate.
Description
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff and management.
Manage employee relations cases, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
Support recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration where required.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve processes.
Deliver training sessions on HR-related topics to staff and managers.Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
will have experience of Employee Relations
Previous experience in an HR advisory or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
A CIPD qualification or working towards one would be beneficial.Job Offer

35 days of leave, including a Christmas shutdown period.
