Days: Monday - Wednesday
Duration: immediate start, temporary to permanent for the right candidate.
Duties:
Updating and maintaining clinical database.
Managing team inbox, writing and replying to correspondence.
Liaison with staff and landlord regarding premises and facilities matters, escalating concerns.
Updating and maintaining service Facebook page
Typing, collating and mailing of letters
Diary management, organising and taking minutes of meetings.
Typing reports.
Experience:
Must have a good level of administrative experience including previous use of medical systems.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team.
Must have strong level of organisational skills and good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Must be computer literate on MS office with the ability to learn new software.
Salary: £13.50 per hour worked
