Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and reliable warehouse operatives to join our client's team, one of the UK's biggest and well-known retail groups.

No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are hardworking, committed, and looking to build a long-term career in logistics and warehousing.

As a Warehouse Operative, your daily tasks will include:

Picking, packing, and processing orders
Scanning and pricing stock
Loading and unloading goods
Labelling, sorting, and palletising items
General warehouse cleaning and housekeeping
Always Complying with Health & Safety procedures

Salary:

Day Shift - £12.71 per hour
Evening Shift - up to £13.05 per hour
Night Shift - up to £13.80 per hour
Additional £1.00/hour for shifts starting on Saturdays or Sundays

Shifts Available:

Day Shift
06:00 - 14:30
Rota: Any 5 from 7 (40 hours/week)

Evening Shift
14:30 - 23:00
Rota: Any 5 from 7 (40 hours/week)

Night Shift
21:30 - 06:00
Rota: 4 ON / 2 OFF (40 hours/week)

Additional overtime may be available during peak periods.

Physical Requirements:

Standing/walking for long periods (5 to 8.5 hours)
Lifting and moving items up to 25kg
Bending, stretching, and reaching above shoulder height
Manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
Pushing and pulling stock up to 25kg
