The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day lettings operation, including:
* Managing landlord and tenant relationships
* Marketing properties and generating new instructions
* Conducting valuations and securing new business
* Managing viewings, offers and negotiations
* Overseeing tenancy progression and renewals
* Ensuring properties and tenancies meet relevant legal requirements
* Supporting and developing the lettings team
* Achieving individual and company targets
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in residential lettings
* Confident, organised and commercially minded
* An excellent communicator and negotiator
* Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working towards targets
* Knowledgeable about current lettings legislation and best practice
* A team player with the ability to take ownership and lead by example
