The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Chartered (or near‑Chartered) Independent Financial Adviser to join our client's established advice business, servicing clients across West Cumbria.
These are fully employed roles with some high‑quality existing client bank available, complemented by ongoing, structured lead flow. The successful advisers will focus on delivering holistic financial planning, building long‑term client relationships, and growing recurring income in a supportive, advice‑led environment.
The Role
Manage and develop an existing portfolio of private clients
Provide holistic advice across pensions, investments, retirement and protection
Develop new client relationships from high‑quality leads and referrals
Maintain FCA‑compliant advice standards at all times
Work closely with admin and compliance supportThe Person
Chartered Financial Planner (or actively very close)
Experienced in independent financial advice
Client‑centric, relationship‑led adviser
Existing client relationships advantageous but not essential
Comfortable working across a regional / hybrid modelPackage & Support
