Summary of the Service Engineer – Compressed Air & Gas Systems role
Salary: £38,000 - £41,500 DOE
Location: Warwickshire
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm - 37.5 hour working week
Responsibilities of the Service Engineer – Compressed Air & Gas Systems
* Carry out servicing and commissioning of equipment such as refrigeration and desiccant dryers, chillers, nitrogen generators and hydrogen generators
* Identify faults and perform technical investigations
* Provide support to engineers across the UK when required
* Maintain and service compressed air systems and associated equipment
* Diagnose and repair faults on compressors and dryers
* Complete system installations and upgrade works
* Deliver clear and professional technical explanations and feedback to customers
Requirements for a successful Service Engineer – Compressed Air & Gas Systems
* Previous experience servicing industrial air, refrigeration or gas systems
* Solid background in both mechanical and electrical engineering
* Experience within a service or maintenance-focused role
* Full UK driving license
* Strong problem solving and fault finding skills
* Capable of working independently
