7.5T Furniture Delivery Driver

£15.92ph + Overtime £21.20ph

Location: Golborne, Warrington, WA3
Pay: £15.92 per hour + overtime paid at £21.20 per hour
Shifts: 4 on, 4 off (7am – 7pm)
Hours: 44 hours one week / 36 hours the next

Job Overview

We’re recruiting for experienced 7.5T Delivery Drivers to join a busy home delivery operation based in Golborne, Warrington (WA3).

This is a two-person delivery role, working alongside a driver’s mate to deliver furniture into customers’ homes and provide excellent customer service. If you're based in Warrington, Wigan, St Helens, Leigh or surrounding areas, this is an ideal opportunity with consistent hours and strong earning potential, with the opportunity to secure a permanent role.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Completing multi-drop home deliveries as part of a 2-person team

* Working with a driver’s mate on every shift

* Delivering furniture into customers’ homes safely and professionally

* Communicating with customers prior to arrival

* Installing and positioning items where required

* Removing all packaging after delivery

* Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects

* Following all driving laws, tachograph rules, and CPC regulations

* Overtime available – work a 5 on, 3 off pattern with the 5th shift paid at £21.20 per hour

Requirements

* Valid 7.5T (C1) driving licence

* Valid CPC card and Digital Tachograph card

* Minimum 12 months driving experience

* No more than 6 points (no major endorsements)

* Physically fit – able to lift and handle furniture (with support from your driver’s mate)

* Good customer service and communication skills

* Reliable and team-focused
