Manufacturing Operative

Our Manufacturing client in Chichester is looking for x2 Manufacturing Operatives to join their growing and busy production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career within a well-established manufacturing environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

No specific manufacturing experience is required. If you're hands-on, reliable, and eager to learn, full training can be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assembling products using basic hand tools

* Working within a busy manufacturing environment

* Completing basic production paperwork and records

* Handling and moving components when required (lifting equipment provided)

* Maintaining high standards of quality and safety

What We're Looking For:

* A positive attitude and strong work ethic

* Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or hands-on experience would be advantageous but is not essential

* Willingness to learn and develop new skills

* Location: Chichester

* Payrate: £13.40 per hour

* Shift: Monday – Thursday: 07:00 – 16:30 | Friday: 07:00 – 11:00

* Type: Temp - Perm or Temp
