We are looking for a reliable, organised and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our growing domiciliary care team in Brighton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in care coordination who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
The Role
As Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our care services run smoothly and that clients receive the right care at the right time.
You will work closely with clients, families, care staff and management to coordinate care packages and maintain high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage care rotas and staff schedules
* Allocate care workers to clients based on their needs and availability
* Communicate with clients, families and care professionals
* Monitor visits and respond promptly to any issues
* Maintain accurate care records and documentation
* Support the management team with audits and compliance
* Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding and training coordination
* Handle changes to care packages and emergency cover
* Build positive relationships with clients and care staff
* Ensure services are delivered safely and in line with company policies and CQC standards
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience within domiciliary care or a similar care coordination role
* Is highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
* Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Is confident using computers and care management systems
* Can work calmly under pressure
* Has a strong understanding of person-centred care
* Is professional, approachable and reliable
* Has a genuine passion for supporting people to live independently
