We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead and oversee our domiciliary care service in Brighton.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate care professional who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and ensuring the highest standards of compliance, safeguarding and service delivery.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service. You will lead and support a dedicated team of care professionals while ensuring the service consistently meets the needs of the people we support.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards
* Lead, motivate and develop the care team
* Oversee recruitment, induction, training and staff performance
* Complete and maintain care plans, risk assessments and audits
* Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed effectively
* Build strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals
* Monitor quality of care and drive continuous improvement
* Manage staffing, rotas and service delivery effectively
* Prepare for and support CQC inspections
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience managing a domiciliary care service
* Has a strong understanding of CQC requirements
* Is confident leading and developing a team
* Has excellent communication and organisational skills
* Is passionate about providing outstanding care
* Can demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills
* Is committed to safeguarding and person-centred care
* Ideally has experience as a Registered Manager or is ready to step into a registered management role
