Production Manager
Location: Sandwell area (Commutable from West Bromwich, Wednesbury, Great Barr, Walsall, Dudley & North Birmingham)
Salary: £35,500 starting base + fast-track, performance-linked pay progression up to £39,500+
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts (No weekend work, no rotating shifts)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Oversee daily shop-floor operations across assembly, specialized product lines, and dispatch to hit daily output targets.
Coach, mentor, and motivate shift leaders and operators, fostering a safe, high-performing team environment.
Drive continuous improvement (5S/Lean) to optimize workflow, eliminate bottlenecks, and maintain exceptional quality standards.
Work closely with senior management and scheduling teams to align production capacity with customer orders.What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience managing teams on a fast-paced manufacturing or assembly shop floor.
