Our client is looking for a motivated and reliable Trainee Machine Operator to join their busy production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and is keen to learn new skills.
With full training provided and a clear progression pathway, you'll have the opportunity to progress to Machine Operator within 3–6 months, with a corresponding salary increase.

Key Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring production machinery
Learning how to set up machinery and carry out basic adjustments
Checking products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met
Following production, quality and health & safety procedures
Working efficiently to achieve daily production targets
Maintaining a clean and organised working area
Learning new machinery, processes and production techniques
Supporting the wider production team as required
Skills & Experience
Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
A practical and hands-on approach to work
Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
Good attention to detail
Comfortable working within a busy production environment
Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
Positive attitude with a genuine desire to develop and progress
