I'm working with a well-established maintenance contractor with a growing portfolio of private residential and estate agency properties across Watford and the surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled Domestic Maintenance Plumber who wants the variety of domestic maintenance work without the chaos of endless reactive callouts.

You'll have a planned diary, predictable working hours and a varied workload covering everything from general plumbing repairs to bathroom maintenance and installation.

As a Domestic Maintenance Plumber, you'll be responsible for keeping residential properties in excellent condition, carrying out a varied mix of plumbing, maintenance and installation works.

You'll be:

Carrying out general plumbing repairs and maintenance
Completing bathroom repairs and installation works
Replacing and repairing plumbing fixtures and fittings
Carrying out remedial and maintenance works within occupied properties
Working across private residential and estate agency properties
Attending properties according to a planned diary
Diagnosing issues and completing works efficiently
Providing a professional and friendly service to homeowners, tenants and estate agents
Taking pride in leaving every job completed to a high standardWhat We're Looking For

Level 2 Plumbing qualification or equivalent
3+ years' experience within domestic plumbing/maintenance
Strong practical plumbing knowledge
Experience working within occupied residential properties
Bathroom fitting experience would be advantageous
Tiling skills would be a big plus
Full UK Driving Licence
Able to pass a DBS check
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, reliable and well-presented
