As a Lift Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Managing your own designated service route across Southampton and the surrounding areas
Carrying out servicing, maintenance and minor repairs
Applying your knowledge as a Lift Engineer in fault-finding situations
Attending reactive call outs when required
Participating in an on-call rota
Working to best practices and maintaining high standards of health and safety
Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standardTo be successful in this role, you will have:
A background in lift engineering, ideally within service and maintenance
NVQ Level 3 is essential
Experience working on a variety of lift products
Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
