How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Senior UX/UI Designer – Private Banking Digital Team

Our client, a Global Leading Bank, is transforming the digital experience it offers to its private banking clients and internal teams. Its customers are high-net-worth individuals who expect intelligent, next-generation digital tools — from insight-driven investment research to seamless global wealth management. The bank's digital division is investing significantly in this transformation, making now a genuinely exciting time to get involved.

    Who they're looking for

We're searching for a Senior UX/UI Designer to help shape the global user experience and visual design language for the bank's Private Banking division.

Do you love crafting outstanding web and mobile experiences? Are you driven to define how customers discover, engage with, and enjoy the products you help build?

This role suits a designer who can take ownership of the full product design lifecycle — from early concept through to delivery — and who has a genuine passion for great customer outcomes, even when working under pressure. You'll also play a part in mentoring other designers and influencing stakeholders across the business.

The team operates with the pace and energy of a start-up, embedded within a large, established institution. Success here means being flexible, entrepreneurial, and relentlessly customer-focused — someone who's comfortable with ambiguity, happy to prototype quickly, and always looking to iterate and improve. You'll work closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and partner teams throughout.

The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, a fast learner of new tools and technologies, and an analytical problem-solver who will help the bank deliver a genuinely mature digital private banking service.

    What you'll be doing

Reporting to the UX & Design Lead, you'll design digital products and services for the bank's private banking arm, working within an evolving agile digital product team.

You'll take a hands-on role, partnering directly with digital product leads to build experiences that meet both client and business needs. You'll also collaborate with external agencies to shape and evolve design standards, and work alongside the internal design team to keep quality and consistency high across every product.

    Key responsibilities:

    * Translate business requirements, market research, usability data and customer feedback into scenarios, use cases and high-level design requirements

    * Build and maintain scalable design patterns that guide and influence the wider design team

    * Produce information architecture, wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes for new applications and experiences

    * Present and justify design decisions clearly and persuasively to multidisciplinary teams

    * Take full ownership of your products, continually reviewing what's working (and what isn't) to keep improving

    * Actively give and seek UX/CX feedback across disciplines to build a well-rounded perspective

    * Work as part of a cross-functional team of designers, researchers, product owners, business analysts and developers

    * Partner with external agency designers to integrate new design work into existing digital banking experiences

    * Bring energy, motivation and inspiration to the wider team

    What we're looking for

    * 5+ years' experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer or similar role

    * Proven experience designing and building web and/or mobile applications or other software products

    * Strong grounding in information architecture, interaction design, user-centred design methods and UX principles

    * Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly across peers and leadership

    * A relentless drive for innovation, balanced against business needs and customer expectations

    * Experience creating, maintaining and deploying pattern and component libraries

    * Experience designing dashboards, reports and/or data visualisations

    * A natural collaborator who works well with creative, technical and business stakeholders

    * A strong portfolio showcasing high-fidelity mock-ups, wireframes, user flows, research and prototypes

    * Experience running and presenting at ideation sessions with peers and stakeholders
