We are seeking a talented and driven ARB-registered Associate Architect with a proven track record of leading projects through to completion and mentoring others along the way. The Role
As an Associate Architect, you will:
Take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, ensuring design integrity and technical excellence
Provide leadership and support to junior members of the team, helping to develop their skills and confidence
Work confidently in Revit to deliver high-quality drawings and models
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors to achieve outstanding results
Play an active role in shaping a positive and empowering studio culture where ideas are shared and talent is nurtured
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
ARB registration
Significant post-qualification experience, with a track record of leading projects through all RIBA stages to completion
Experience mentoring or supporting junior staff
Strong Revit skills and technical knowledge - Essential
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Extensive Healthcare sector experience is highly desirable and will be prioritised – however it is not essential
