About the Role
CDS Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a well-established company providing premium maintenance and minor works services across Northern England and Southern Scotland.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temp-to-perm position with a respected business delivering high-quality maintenance solutions to a wide range of commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance.
* Complete plumbing repairs, installations and minor works.
* Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with current regulations.
* Complete job reports and associated documentation accurately.
* Maintain excellent customer service while working across multiple commercial sites.

What We're Looking For
* Qualified Plumber with relevant industry experience.
* Experience in commercial maintenance and repair work.
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
* A proactive approach with a strong commitment to health and safety.
