We are currently recruiting a skilled Machine Operative with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence to join our growing production team. This role combines hands‑on production machine operation with forklift driving and offers excellent long‑term progression and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Operating production and processing machinery safely and efficiently
* Feeding materials into machines and removing finished products
* Operating a counterbalance forklift to move materials and stock
* Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting faults
* Performing quality checks to ensure product standards are met
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
* Supporting wider production and warehouse activities as required
Requirements
* Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
* Previous experience operating production/manufacturing machinery
* Strong understanding of health & safety in a factory environment
* Willingness to learn new machines, processes, and skills
* Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
