Key Responsibilities
* Carry out carpentry repairs, installations, and maintenance across occupied and void social housing properties.
* Complete a wide range of carpentry works, including door and frame repairs, lock replacements, kitchen repairs, skirting, architraves, and general joinery.
* Diagnose and rectify defects efficiently, ensuring work is completed right first time.
* Undertake associated basic multi-trade tasks where required.
* Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and company standards.
* Provide a professional, courteous, and customer-focused service to residents.
* Accurately complete job reports and associated paperwork.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent).
* Proven experience working within domestic properties or social housing environments.
* Ability to carry out a range of maintenance and repair tasks to a high standard.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
* Full UK clean driving licence.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
